Public sandbox

A disposable workspace with fictional data only.

Sandbox is the public, temporary demo. No password is required. BranchPilot creates temporary authenticated access, lets you switch between fictional user roles, and removes the workspace automatically when it expires. Real ticket AI and the Knowledge Assistant are available within server-side demo limits.

Sandbox and App serve different purposes

Sandbox is the public demonstration with temporary data and guided persona switching. App is for persistent authorized workspaces and requires credentials provided privately by the BranchPilot owner.

Fictional by construction

Generated users, receipts, transactions and procedures are demo data.

Switch personas

Test Branch A/Branch B isolation, then switch to Support or Admin without signing out.

Authenticated and limited

Temporary access tokens, session TTL, request, AI/query and upload quotas are enforced server-side.

Create sandbox session

The session expires automatically. Expired users are disabled and private uploaded files are cleaned after the grace period while audit metadata remains available for debugging. A dismissible step-by-step guide appears when the workspace opens.
